Unfortunetly, no , UPS only delivers from Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 18:00 and does not work during public holidays.

A chocolate sector dominated by multinationals
The history of chocolate in Taiwan is not very developed, even if consumption is increasing and the image of the product is changing. For now, although a few renowned Belgian or French chocolate makers have tested the waters, the market is dominated by large multinational groups and mass-produced chocolate. Ferrero Taiwan monopolizes the sector, enjoying a 25% market share as of 2012. The brand enjoys a solid reputation, due to its 20-year-long presence in the area.
Chocolate is sometimes seen as medicine
The inhabitants of Taiwan still have a limited knowledge of chocolate. In reality, chocolate is often seen as having medicinal properties, being a food which Chinese medicine decries as « too hot ». This idea is reflected in consumption by the success of a bitter and harsh dark chocolate product. Artisan chocolate makers are therefore in the process of educating the public in order to overcome this tendency, and the results thus far are encouraging.
Chocolate in Taiwan: mostly a male clientele
Beyond products manufactured by agro-food companies, artisan confectioneries note that 80% of their clientele is male.
